Billy is a bright orange tank engine who's boisterous, bubbly and bursting with enthusiasm, but he's not good at waiting for instructions. When Billy first arrived on the Island of Sodor, Sir Topham Hatt asked Thomas to show him the right way to do things. Silly Billy thought Thomas was being bossy, so he ran off. After Billy ran out of coal and water, Thomas comes to the rescue and Billy realizes Thomas isn't bossy after all.
